Who we are

JobWall is a KudosWall product. HaiTalent and the KudosWall resume builder are sister products. Privacy contact: [email protected].

What we collect from employers

Job listings come from KudosWall admin campaigns. Public pages show title, company, location, type, salary, experience, and the job description.

If you leave a work email on the contact form, we store that email and your message. Live chat (tawk.to) may store the transcript.

Candidates

When you apply, we store your name, email, phone, and resume file for that job. We do not sell candidate contact lists.

Processors

We use Cloudflare to host the site, cloud storage for resume files, PostHog for product analytics, Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps, and tawk.to for live chat. Each processor has its own privacy policy.

Your rights (India DPDP and others)

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, or seek grievance redressal for personal data we hold. Email [email protected]. We respond in line with applicable timelines, including India’s DPDP Act.

Retention

Applications, contact messages, and listing records are kept so we can run the board and answer you. Chat transcripts follow tawk.to’s retention.
