KudosWall makes three hiring surfaces. JobWall is the public board. HaiTalent screens CVs for recruiters. The resume builder helps candidates write a CV.

If you are looking for work, start on JobWall. If you already downloaded CVs from a portal and need them ranked, that is HaiTalent.

Do not mix them up in search: JobWall does not search the 800,000-person resume pool for employers. That product lives in HaiTalent.
